Delivery time :
For goods in stock the normal time is aproximately 1-3 working days.

We normally send deliveries by DPD.

Payment / Delivery

Send your order via email to hidja@hidja.se and we will send back an
order acknowledgement and instructions how to use PayPal with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
- Payment to the HIDJA AB account.
Send your order via email to hidja@hidja.se or phone us and we will inform
you about our bank account number (IBAN) and swift code.
Warranty
Accordning to the swedish consumer law, "Konsumentköplagen".
Returns
A purchased product may be returned or exchanged within 10 days from the delivery date. The product must be sent back in unharmed condition and in original packing with paid shipment costs. Exceptions from the right to return are all special orders that are not part of our regular range of products. When returning or exchanging a product you are responsible for paying for the shipment back. Returned products may not be sent "mot efterkrav?". When it is a complaint because of a damaged product or the wrong pruduct has been sent, we will refund you for the shipment costs at the same time as we refund you for the product costs. When it is an exchange or a return, you are responsible for the shipment risc. We do not refund the original shipment cost.
Shipment damages
Damaged shipments should be reported to the shipment company directly when the package is recieved.

Personal information
By using the HIDJA order facilities the purchaser has approved that HIDJA AB storage the given information. Any information submitted to HIDJA AB or saved by the web page will be handled by HIDJA AB. This information is collected in purpose of helping HIDJA fulfil its commitments and service to you. The information may also be used for marketing purposes.
Force majeure
Delayed deliveries because of events outside our control leaves us free of all damage refunding. We can therefore not be held responsible for the customers possible settlements with third parties regarding damage refunding for delayed or faulty shipments, fabrication errors etc unless we have specifically agreed on that.
Miscellaneous
- We register a reservation against the possibility of products being sold out.
- HIDJA AB register a reservation against possible "errors of print"on this web page. We can also not guarantee that all pictures are exact representations of the actual look of the products.
- If you are under 18 years old, you must have the permission of your caretaker to order from us.
- All prices include 25% VAT.
- We reserve the right to changing product prices without prior notice.
- We register a reservation against the possibility of errors in print on the whole web page.
- We will report any fake orders and attempts of fraud to the Police.
